Kering to relocate Swiss logistic activities
After the agreement with Italy’s Inland Revenue the French luxury group Kering might be on the verge to relocate most of its logistic activities to Italy
Kering: Italy tax settlement is closed
The French-based luxury group announced that it has concluded a settlement with the Italian Revenue Agency relating to claims vis-a-vis its Swiss subsidiary Luxury Goods International S.A. (LGI)
Kering with good performance
The group's revenue in the first quarter of 2019 reached 3.79 billion euros, up by 21.9% as reported (up by 17.5% on a comparable basis). Kering owns a portfolio of brands, which include names such as Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent
Kering has completed the sale of Volcom
Confirmation of the deal comes 8 years after the Paris-based luxury group has acquired Volcom to its protfolio of brands-
