Fila announced that the new store provides "the best of the collections of clothing, footwear and accessories for men, women and children, as well as beauty products, underwear or fitness accessories".
 

The opening of the first European store, under its own name, takes place in a year in which Fila celebrates its 110^th anniversary. Founded in Italy in 1911, the brand reached the peak of its success in the 1980s and 1990s. Currently, the brand is much focused in sponsoring many athletes, and creating several diverse collections. Just recently, to celebrate its 110 years of history, Fila developed a special collaboration with British designer Katie Grand.
