The Milan-based fashion shows, MICAM, Lineapelle, MIPEL, HOMI and TheOne, which have joined forces in the #strongertogether exhibition project, have decided to cancel the physical trade fairs planned for March 2021 at the Fieramilano Rho exhibition centre
Approximately 50 students are taking part in the competition aiming to promote leather as a sustainable material to future generations of stylists and fashion designers
According to the organisers, over 16 000 buyers showed up at Fieramilano Rho during the 5 days of the initiative #Strongertogether. On this occasion Micam, Mipel, A New Point of View, TheOneMilano and Homi got together to show the new collections

The organisers announced a successful edition beyond all expectations despite the fears of a drop in attendance due to the Coronavirus. The outbreak of the epidemic took place in Italy after the fair ended, but started in China by the end of 2019
The International Footwear Show promoted by Assocalzaturifici recorded a slight drop (-5%) in the numbers of visitors who, over the four-day event, were able to visit 1 205 companies exhibiting (628 Italian and 577 foreign)
