The Annual Meeting will still be held on the 30^th of April 2020, but in a different format. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, but shareholders as of the close of business on the 18 ^th of March 2020 (record date) will be able to attend the meeting by visiting an online platform and entering a 16-digit control number found on the proxy card or voting instruction card previously distributed by the company.
