Prada Group reports revenue growth in first nine months
Despite a challenging industry backdrop, the Italy-based luxury group achieved year-on-year revenue growth of 4% on an organic basis in the first nine months of 2026
“The third quarter unfolded against a particularly challenging industry backdrop. In this context, the Group showed good resilience, underpinned by brand desirability and strong retail execution”, said Andrea Guerra, Group Chief Executive Officer.

In the first nine months of the 2026 financial year, the Prada Group recorded a net revenue of 4.07 billion euros. This represents an increase of 15% on a constant currency basis, or 4% on an organic basis, compared to the same period last year.

In the third quarter alone, net revenue increased by 11% year-on-year on a constant currency basis, or by 1% on an organic basis.

Retail sales
in particular generated 3.93 billion euros during the first nine months of the year, reflecting growth of 11% on a constant currency basis and 2% on an organic basis, compared to the same period of 2025. Third-quarter retail sales remained stable on an organic basis, “showing good resilience” against growth of 8% in the same quarter a year ago.

Brand Performance

Retail sales of the Prada brand rose by 2% in the first nine months of the year and by 1% in the third quarter, compared to the same period of 2025. This growth was supported by increases in sales in the Americas and the Asia-Pacific region, including China. Sales remained stable year-on-year in Europe and Japan.

Meanwhile, Miu Miu’s retail sales rose by 1% during the period but fell by 3% in the third quarter, reflecting strong year-on-year comparisons and a less favourable geographical mix. Excluding the impact of the Middle East, sales remained stable in the third quarter.

Versace
contributed to the period with net revenues of 441 million euros, having “continued to advance on its strategic priorities, with efforts centred on managing the transition while setting the foundations for the new creative debut in 2027”.

Geographical Regions

Retail sales in the Asia Pacific region generated 1.22 billion euros in the first nine months of the year, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 12% on a constant currency basis, or 5% on an organic basis. The third quarter remained stable, as subdued traffic in Mainland China was offset by continued growth elsewhere in the region, particularly in South Korea, Hong Kong and Macau.

The group’s retail sales in Europe over the nine months to the end of September totalled 1.14 billion euros. This was an increase of 5% on a constant currency basis, but a decline of 3% on an organic basis, compared to the same period of 2025.

In contrast, the Prada Group performed strongly in the Americas region, recording year-on-year nine-month retail sales growth of 33% and 13% on a constant and organic basis, respectively. Third quarter performance remained solid, albeit softening on high comparatives.

Japan recorded growth over the nine months, growing by 5% on a constant basis and 2% on an organic basis, compared to the same period of the prior year, supported by steady local demand.

As conditions in the Middle East remained challenging, retail sales decreased year-on-year by 23% on both a constant and organic basis. However, there was an improvement quarter-on-quarter, which was sustained by local consumption.
