Kohl’s appoints Elliott Rodgers as Chief Operating Officer

The US-based store chain has appointed Elliott Rodgers as Chief Operating Officer. With more than 20 years’ professional experience, he most recently was Chief Operations Officer at Foot Locker
Reporting to CEO Michael J. Bender, Rodgers will oversee Kohl’s enterprise operations, including its almost 1,200 stores, global supply chain and distribution centres, procurement, and loss prevention. He will take up the position on the 9th of September 2026.
Rodgers has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles in the fields of supply chain management, technology, operations and business transformation. Most recently, he served as Chief Operations Officer at Foot Locker, having previously held executive roles at Project44, Ulta Beauty, Target and Citigroup.
