Administrators appointed to liquidate Arcadia Group
Auditing firm Mazars has been appointed as liquidator to oversee the process. They will focus on what remains of Sir Philip Green’s collapsed Arcadia Group empire
The Arcadia Group collapsed into administration in December 2020. After that, Asos, Boohoo and Australia City Chic got involved and bought the group’s brands in separate deals.
Mazars was appointed to look into the 20 firms left of the group, while tasked with administering the repayment of around 30 million British Pounds owed to creditors.
