Tod’s CEO steps down

John Galantic, the Chief Executive Officer of the Italian luxury goods company Tod’s, stepped down from his position after joining the company in September 2024
A Tod’s representative told Bloomberg that Galantic, who took over as CEO shortly after the delisting of the group in September 2024, left the group at the end of April for personal reasons. The company has not yet appointed a successor.
Diego Della Valle, who previously held the CEO role, remains chairman of the group, with his brother Andrea continuing as vice chairman.
Prior to joining Tod’s, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Chanel for 17 years, during which time he developed the company’s digital capabilities and transformed its US wholesale business. Previously, he held senior positions at Coty Beauty US, SmithKline Beecham, and Procter & Gamble.
