Shoe Station Group appoints Tracy Dick as Chief Marketing Officer

The US-based footwear retailer has appointed Tracy Dick as its new Chief Marketing Officer. She will be responsible for driving growth and engagement across Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station
Tracy Dick joined the leadership team of Shoe Station on the 3rd of August as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to accelerate the expansion of the Shoe Station banner and strengthen customer engagement across Shoe Carnival.
She brings to the role over 20 years’ experience in driving customer and business growth in the retail, restaurant and B2B industries. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles at PetSmart, Jack in the Box, Leslie’s and other high-growth organisations.
Dick will report to Cliff Sifford, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. “Tracy understands what it takes to build brands while delivering meaningful business results. She brings a strong customer-first mindset, deep retail experience and a collaborative leadership style that we believe will help us continue growing both banners while strengthening our connection with customers”, said Cliff Sifford.
The newly appointed CMO will be particularly responsible for leading the company’s brand strategy, customer insights, data and analytics, CRM and loyalty programmes, media, creative services, public relations, performance marketing, and digital commerce.
