Pietro Beccari appointed head of LVMH Fashion group

Pietro Beccari, the current chair and CEO of Louis Vuitton, will take on the same roles at the LVMH Fashion Group from the 1st of January, while retaining his position at Louis Vuitton
Following Sidney Toledano’s decision to step down from his operational role at the helm of the LVMH Fashion Group, the luxury conglomerate has announced that Pietro Beccari, the current chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton, will succeed him on the 1st of January 2026.
“After a rich decade of leading Dior and Louis Vuitton, I am delighted that Pietro Beccari has also agreed to bring his expertise to the LVMH Fashion Group Maisons. Pietro is a great leader and a unique talent with boundless energy. He knows how to surround himself with talents and develop them to prepare the future of the Maisons”, said Bernard Arnault, Chairman & CEO of the LVMH group.
He will be responsible for overseeing the group’s eight brands – Céline, Loewe, Fendi, Givenchy, Kenzo, Pucci, Patou and Marc Jacobs – while he continues in his role at Louis Vuitton. He will be supported by Damien Bertrand, the current Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Louis Vuitton, who will join the LVMH Executive Committee.
“At the head of Louis Vuitton, he will be able to rely even more on Damien Bertrand, whose contribution has been significant in recent months and who now joins the Group’s Executive Committee”, added Bernard Arnault. He also thanked Sidney Toledano for his support over the past 30 years, announcing that he will remain his special advisor.
