New CFO at Zalando

The Germany-based online fashion retailer has appointed Anna Dimitrova as Chief Financial Officer. She will succeed David Schröder, who has served as interim CFO since March
Dimitrova is expected to bring extensive experience spanning all aspects of finance, including M&A, capital markets and investor relations, to her new role, which will take effect on the 1st of January 2026. She is currently Group CFO at Deutsche Glasfaser and has previously held a number of senior leadership roles at Vodafone Group, including CFO of Vodafone in Germany and the Czech Republic, and Group Financial Controller.
“Anna combines deep financial expertise, a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership of large cross-functional teams, and an exceptional track record of driving transformation. She is the perfect choice to complete this strong group of Management Board executives and work with Zalando’s first-class teams to seize the exciting opportunities ahead”, commented Kelly Bennett, Chairman of the Zalando Supervisory Board.

She will succeed David Schröder, who has served as interim CFO since March and will now refocus on his role as Co-CEO.
