Inspiramais closes São Paulo edition

The 34th Inspiramais closed in São Paulo with higher professional attendance, 150 exhibitors and 22 international buyer groups from seven countries, reinforcing its role as a materials platform
The 34th edition of Inspiramais, held on the 7th and 8th of July in São Paulo, Brazil, closed with an increase in the number of professional visitors.
The materials salon, dedicated to launches in the footwear, accessories, furniture, automotive upholstery, and jewellery sectors, took place at the Pro Magno Events Centre, with an initial expectation of around 7,000 visitors from Brazil and abroad.
Silvana Dilly, superintendent of the Brazilian Association of Companies of Components for Leather, Footwear and Leather Goods (Assintecal), described the edition as two days of connection, combining fashion content with commercial activity.
Attendance
The event brought together 150 exhibiting companies and attracted participation from several Brazilian production centres. According to Dilly, visitors and exhibitors came from many footwear clusters within the country.
International attendance was also highlighted as a relevant feature of the edition. Dilly pointed to strong participation from Peru, Colombia and Ecuador, supported by the Buyer Project, which enabled the presence of 22 international buyer groups from seven countries.
For Assintecal, the presence of these buyers strengthens Inspiramais’ role in promoting exports of materials for the fashion industry. Dilly said the result encourages the association to continue developing the international aspect of the event and to support business links beyond Brazil.
After the positive assessment of the São Paulo edition, the organisers are preparing the 35th Inspiramais, scheduled for the 26th and 27th of January 2027, in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul.
