The Board of Directors of Grendene accepted the resignation of Mr. Francisco Olinto Velo Schmitt from the positionings of Chief Administrative and Financial Officer and Chief Investor Relations Officer.

The Board elected the company's present CEO, Mr. Rudimar Dall’Onder, as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, and Mr. Luís Antônio Moroni as Chief Investor Relations Officer.

The Chief Officers elected will serve for the remainder of the current period of office of the members of the Executive Board, that is to say until the meeting of the Board of Directors that considers the financial statements for the business year 2021, to be held in 2022.

The company’s Executive Board now stands as follows:
