Former Jordan Executive Daniel Schachne appointed SVP of Reebok

Authentic Brands Group (ABG) has announced the appointment of Daniel Schachne, a former Nike and Jordan executive, as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Reebok

In his new role, Schachne will be expected to drive Reebok’s global growth strategy, collaborating closely with licensing partners, retailers, and brand ambassadors to strengthen the brand’s global focus on sport and culture. He will work alongside Steve Robaire, Global Executive Vice President of the brand.

Schachne has more than 15 years of professional experience and recently served as General Manager of Jordan Brand’s performance sports business in North America. He also led the Jordan Brand basketball business in the US and drove strategic expansion across golf and the cleated business.

Earlier in his career, he served roles at Nike and at the National Basketball Association (NBA) across strategy, business development, partnership management and international business operations.

“Daniel has built winning models in basketball and performance sport at some of the world’s top brands. His category expertise and hands-on leadership make him the right person to scale Reebok’s next chapter and unlock new opportunities for the brand globally”, commented Robaire.
