A fifteen year lease on a 120 000 square feet property where the new office, located at 1265 Main Street, will occupy a four-story, single-tenant building facing the main thoroughfare of Route 128, with construction beginning during the current month of May. The building is expected to be certified as LEED Silver, a reflection of its energy efficiency and use of recycled materials.

Clarks’ newest office will feature a range of amenities such as an employee fitness center, an employee retail store, a three-story lobby, a covered parking and a 5 000 square feet private outdoor terrace
