Virtual format for Wolverine's Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The Michigan-based company has announced it will hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders in a virtual only format due to public health considerations arising the Covid-19 pandemic
The Annual Meeting will still be held on the 30th of April 2020, but in a different format. Shareholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person, but shareholders as of the close of business on the 18 th of March 2020 (record date) will be able to attend the meeting by visiting an online platform and entering a 16-digit control number found on the proxy card or voting instruction card previously distributed by the company.
