CR7 footwear already available in 22 countries
The shoes of the brand from famous footballer Cristiano Ronaldo are now available in dozens of countries. The brand was launched a year ago
According to Portugal Footwear, the company behind the brand which has over 40 years’ experience in premium quality footwear products, 98% of all CR7 footwear is exported, mainly to the Middle East. Produced in different factories in the north of Portugal, CR7 footwear is also present in Seoul (Republic of Korea) where the brand recently opened a new selling point.

Based on Cristiano Ronaldo’s identity, image and lifestyle, the Portugal-based brand aims "to position itself in a luxury fashion segment, with the typical customer being someone with a relaxed and casual lifestyle".

According to Portugal Footwear all CR7 shoes are carefully designed and tested, using the best available leather materials and following a perfect standard, and are made by the most experienced workers.

Internationally celebrated sportsman and style icon Cristiano Ronaldo admitted he is proud of the products in the collection and the premium quality materials giving the final product a great fit and a stylish look. In his own words: “Launching my own smart footwear collection was a dream come true. I’m very proud that our CR7 Footwear collection uses only the finest locally sourced materials with designs hand-crafted in Portugal by a team of truly talented craftsmen. It was amazing to see the level of detail and dedication that goes into each and every pair made and to be part of the entire process, from our first ideas to now releasing the final product. My feet are my working tool, therefore I only wear the best. I want to share that opportunity with others - I want them to shine in my shoes!”

Recently, the Portuguese footballer also created a line dedicated to its third Ballon D’Or, with revenue coming from sales going to charitable causes. For this purpose, the Gold Edition ***, an exclusive line of footwear with 300 units with models similar to those used by Cristiano at the FIFA ceremony, was created.

Part of the profits from sales were donated to Cercigui, the Co-operative Society for Education and Rehabilitation of Inadapted Citizens from the region of Guimarães, an institution created in 1977 in order to support local population with mental disabilities as well as their families.
