Calçados Beira Rio set to close 2025 on a high

The Brazilian footwear manufacturer, whose brand portfolio includes Beira Rio, Moleca, and Vizzano, is set to finish 2025 on a high, with growth and global expansion marking its success
Speaking to Exclusivo newspaper at the Zero+ trade fair in Novo Hamburgo, the footwear company's Commercial and Marketing Director, Maribel Silva, said that Calçados Beira Rio was set to finish the year strongly.
“It has certainly been a positive year. We will experience growth, and our brands will expand. Above all, we have established and expanded our presence in the global market, with our brands now present in more than 120 countries”, she said.
The Commercial and Marketing Director also emphasised the successful consolidation of the eight brands in the Calçados Beira Rio portfolio – Beira Rio, Vizzano, Moleca, Modare Ultraconforto, Actvitta, Molekinha, Molekinho and BR Sport – among consumers.
This is the result of “intense work”. “We collaborate with our retailers and customers to attract consumers. We seek the identity of each brand, audience and taste. We approach this work with a sense of identity and global personality, while always keeping local culture in mind”, she says.
Although the company is forecasting a challenging year in 2026, it believes that “dedication, professionalism, and partnership” are key to maintaining this successful trajectory. “Beira Rio is always prepared to support its customers by offering fashionable, comfortable, and innovative products”.
Calçados Beira Rio has been in business for 50 years and has an average daily production of 500,000 pairs across its 11 production units in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The company operates in 120 countries and has 29,000 active customers.
