Bolflex celebrates 25 years
The Portugal-based company is specialized in the production and supply of soles for the European footwear industry
The project started in 1992, with founder António Ferreira, current CEO of the company. Currently, the company has major international brands as partners and a 2D 3D Design and Modeling office capable of virtually creating the desired products and quickly generating any 3D model.

Always at the forefront of technology and innovation, Bolflex has recently invested in a 3D printer thinking about customer requirements. With this innovative printer, the prototype is printed on a new material (rubber). This acquisition aims to give the customer a "sample" equivalent to the final product.

Since 1992, Bolflexhas been working to reduce its ecological footprint, always concerned with the environment and the future of the planet. With these environmental concerns in mind, teh company has developed two products: a single Eco-friendly sole made from products not harmful to the man and the environment; and a recycled sole, made from 45% recycled rubber.

In order to comply with the increasingly demanding legislation on hazardous substances, Bolflex has reshaped its soles to comply with the requirements of the REACH Regulation.

The manufacturing unit is fully equipped with the latest machinery, in order to ensure full control of the quality of raw materials and products, and has a team of qualified and specialized technicians.
