Delivery Terms

When ordering from worldfootwear store, the buyer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The buyer must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

By default, the delivery service is registered by mail of the Portuguese Post Offices. This service does not have a guaranteed time of delivery but only an average time, as follows:
• 2 to 4 working days to Europe (including Portugal);
• 3 to 5 working days to countries outside Europe.

If you wish to use another delivery service please contact us by e-mail before the purchase or express it in the notes field during the checkout process so we can provide you a budget price for the additional shipping cost.

Orders shipped outside of Portugal may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination of the country. APICCAPS are not responsible for such import taxes, as well as customs duties and fees or any additional charges for customs clearance.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery times estimates.
