Two Ten Footwear Foundation appoints new Board Chair and Vice Chair
The US-based charitable foundation has appointed Jonathan Frankel, President of Aldo Product Services, as Board Chair, while Ed Rosenfeld, Chairman and CEO of Steve Madden, now serves as Board Vice Chair
Jonathan Frankel, President of Aldo Product Services at the Aldo Group, will succeed Joe Preston, President and CEO of New Balance, who has served as Board Chair since 2024. Ed Rosenfeld, Chairman and CEO of Steve Madden, will now serve as Board Vice Chair. Both are expected to leverage their experience of driving growth at their respective companies to position the Foundation for further impact in a rapidly changing industry.

Jonathan Frankel is the president of Aldo Product Services, the wholesale and licensing arm of the group. He also serves as president of the Sperry and G.H. Bass brands in North America. He has been a long-time supporter of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation and has served on its board since 2017. He helped raise more than 200,000 US dollars for the organisation by completing the Race Across America as part of the ALDO Racing Team.

Ed Rosenfeld is the Chairman and CEO of Steven Madden. Under his leadership, the company’s revenue has increased fivefold and its share price has risen fifteenfold. He joined the Two Ten Footwear Foundation board in 2024 and has also served on the boards of PVH Corp., the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA), and Summer Search New York.

“Under Joe’s direction, Two Ten delivered an exceptional relief response after several large-scale natural disasters and expanded professional development programs for women and HR professionals in footwear. Jonathan and Ed bring a deep passion for our mission, as well as extraordinary industry experience. With both at the helm of our Board, I see a bright future for Two Ten and the footwear industry at large”, commented Shawn Osborne, President & CEO of Two Ten Footwear Foundation.

The Two Ten Footwear Foundation is an independent non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals employed in the footwear industry. Established in the 1930s, the Foundation provides footwear employees and their families with emergency assistance, scholarships, skills development programmes and community-building initiatives.
