Shoe Zone raises full-year guidance
The UK-based footwear retailer has revised its adjusted loss before tax guidance upwards for the full year, after recording sales in May and June that exceeded expectations
Shoe Zone now expects an adjusted loss before tax of no more than 1.0 million British pounds (1.17 million euros) for the financial year ending on the 3rd of October 2026.

This is an improvement on the previous guidance of an adjusted loss before tax of between 1.0 million and 2.0 million British pounds (1.17 million and 2.34 million euros), which was announced on the 22nd of April.

The upward revision follows the retailer’s sales exceeding market expectations in May and June. This was supported by the company’s warehouse closing-down sale and favourable weather during the half-term holiday. As a result, the company’s cash position has also improved.
