Leder & Schuh sells Shoe4You and Jello stores in Germany
The Kienast group, a Germany-based shoe retailer, is the buyer of the 54 Shoe4You and 2 Jello retail locations. The Austria-based sites aren’t part of the business
Leder & Schuh, the parent group owing the brands Corti, Dominici, Humanic, Jello, Shoe4You and Stiefelkönig, has announced it has finalized an agreement with the Kienast group involving the German locations of its Shoe4You and Jello stores. With this business re-structure, Leder & Schuh will continue to operate in Germany only through Humanic, its main retail banner.
Excluded from this deal are the Shoe4You and Jello stores in Austria.
Kienast has more than 350 stores in Germany, with a portfolio of retail brands which includes K+K Schuch-Center, ABC Schuh-center, Street Shoes and Claudio Schuhe.
