Crocs appoints ex-Nike executive to lead global finance

The US-based footwear company has named Patraic Reagan as Chief Financial Officer, drawing on his international consumer experience to strengthen financial leadership and drive brand growth

Crocs has announced the appointment of Patraic Reagan as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Reagan succeeds Susan Healy, who resigned on August 28 and will remain as an advisor until the end of October to ensure a smooth transition.

Reagan has nearly three decades of experience in financial and operational leadership within the consumer sector. Before joining Crocs, he served as CFO at SharkNinja and spent almost 14 years at Nike, where he held senior positions, including Vice President and CFO of Asia Pacific and Latin America. His earlier career includes roles at Coach, Ralph Lauren, Kraft Foods and Chiquita Brands International.

As CFO, Reagan will oversee Crocs’ global financial strategy, including planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, investor relations, tax and internal audit. Commenting on his appointment, Reagan expressed admiration for Crocs’ growth and cultural relevance, noting opportunities for further expansion across both the Crocs and Heydude brands. “I look forward to working alongside the talented leadership team to unlock shareholder value and drive consistent results for years to come”, shared Reagan.
