Capri Holdings appoints Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer

The parent company of Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo has appointed Catherine So as Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer. She joins Capri Holdings from Tiffany & Co

Catherine So will join Capri Holdings as Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer on the 19^th of October 2026. She will report to John D. Idol, the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

She is a highly respected legal leader with extensive experience with helping develop global luxury brands and executive teams through periods of transformation and growth. Her expertise, leadership, and strategic perspective will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our business and position our brands for long-term success”, he commented

She joins Capri from Tiffany & Co., where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Since joining the company in 2015, she held several leadership roles, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, before being appointed General Counsel in 2021.
