Aerosoles with new CEO
R. Shawn Neville was named new Chief Executive Officer of the footwear giant
Mr. Neville will take over from interim CEO Caryn Lerner, Operating Partner of Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, LLC, which acquired Aerosoles in June 2014.

Initial key initiatives will include "strengthening Aerosoles go-to-market strategy, branding, store design, merchandising, product development, e/m-commerce and overall expansion strategy".

With extensive global retail and brand development experience, including over two decades in the footwear sector, Mr. Neville joins Aerosoles after six years at Avery Dennison Corp., as President of a 1.6 billion US dollars retail branding and information solutions division. Previously, he spent four years as a Senior Officer at Stride Rite and President of the Keds division and five years as President and CEO of Footstar’s athletic division. He also served as CEO and President of team sports apparel company, Boathouse Sports, and spent seven years with Reebok International, holding several positions, namely, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Reebok North America and President of Reebok France.
