Dr. Martens could launch IPO soon
The British-based footwear brand known for its iconic boots has reportedly appointed Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to lead its initial public offering (IPO)
Sky News is reporting the IPO could be launched as soon as early 2021. The same source did not disclose the number of shares to be listed or how much is expected to be raised.
As previously reported Permira Funds, owner of the brand, was reconsidering its plans to leave the investment in Dr. Martens. A sale of the company or an IPO were being considered, several news agencies reported.
